How do I place an order offline?

You can email your purchase order and we will place the order for you. You can also phone us to place the order. Our customer service team is always happy to help.

How do I place an order online?

Locate the product you are interested in by searching the catalog. You can buy directly from the catalog list by clicking the "" icon. You then have the option to choose the size and quantity.

Once you have added all products of interest, click on "check out" and go through the check-out process.

For shipping charges, you will need to select the country you want the products to be shipped to. You can either check out as guest or register. We strongly recommend that you register so your profile will be saved and it helps you to monitor the order status and will facilitate your purchase next time. We do not share your contact details with any 3rd parties.

What happens after I place my order?

We will keep you informed at each stage during the processing of your order.

As soon as your order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping department for review. If everything is in stock, and we have all the information required to process your order, your order will be processed, meticulously packed and prepared for shipping. You can expect your order to ship within between 1-3 business days (does not include Saturday, Sundays or CHINA holidays), unless otherwise indicated on the quotation or our website. Once your order has been picked, packed, and shipped, you'll receive an additional email notification with the tracking information for your parcel. If you notice any discrepancies on your order form please contact us immediately.

When you receive your order, open and check your items over carefully. If you notice anything amiss or there are any problems with your order, let us know ASAP so that we can correct any issues you might have.
